Orders that are paid through PayPal are shipped to your PayPal account address.
If you submit an order before 4:30PM EST Monday through Friday, it is shipped the same business day. Orders submitted after 4:30PM EST on Friday or on holidays and weekends are shipped the following business day.
Orders paid with eCheck are shipped in 7 business days.
Shipping cost examples for 3 or less screens parcels:
– Expedited, with tracking number: $9.41 CAD, 2-5 business days.
– Express, with tracking number: $12.13 CAD, 1-3 business days.
– Next Day, with tracking number: $17.94 CAD, 1 business day (orders shipped on Friday get delivered on Monday).
The exact shipping costs and options depend on the destination. We ship using UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post. The options for your destination will be available at the checkout.
Shipping to APO/FPO and P.O. boxes is also available.
As screens are very fragile, mandatory shipping insurance of $1.85 CAD per screen is included in your order.
We ship parcels every day. Nevertheless, the delivery time is approximate and is not guaranteed. Sometimes, it takes longer to get the package delivered due to customs delays, postal services interruption or any other circumstances that are beyond our control. Please note, that we do not issue refunds for shipping delays caused by third parties. Consider the risk of possible delays when shopping online.
In case of abnormal delays refer to the tracking number. The courier may be holding the parcel after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt (e.g. nobody was at home to receive the parcel).
